Cancellation Policy

Public Class Cancellation

To avoid a $50 per student late-cancellation fee applied to each four-hour session, we request a minimum of five-working days notice to cancel or reschedule individuals in a public class. For multi-part classes, cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the class in order to receive a full refund.

Private Group Class Cancellation  

Training To You has a 2 week cancellation policy (unless you are under an annual contract). If a class or room rental is cancelled or rescheduled during the 2 week period, there is a $200 fee. If a tutoring or consulting is cancelled during the 2 week period, there is a fee equivalent to 50%. If any of the above services are cancelled on the day of the service, the full price will be charged.

Tutoring Cancellation

To avoid a $200 late-cancellation fee, we request a minimum of ten-working days notice to cancel or reschedule a tutoring appointment.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring the integrity of your learning experience. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel you did not receive fair value for your time and money, we will correct the issue or refund your money.
