what we do

Training to YOU, Inc. is one of the largest, privately-held Microsoft Certified Partner of Learning Solutions in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We are a “full-service” training organization in the state of Arizona—offering instructor-led and asynchronous distance learning programs in desktop software applications training and Microsoft technical certifications, private tutoring/consulting, custom courseware and skills assessment development, and room rentals.

That’s why all of our instructors are certified to be highly proficient in their area of instruction, and each instructor must possess a minimum of three years practical work experience in their field.

In order to fully deliver on our mission to “…helping organizations and individuals learn skills to improve their future…” we have become a licensed by the Arizona Board of Private Postsecondary Educational (PPSE). As such, we can offer a variety of vocational training programs targeted at the imparting skills necessary to improve skills, get a better job, and create a great life.

Our Philosophy

The Training To You culture focuses on the learning experience of the application user. Our instruction style, training curriculum and class courseware are designed for the non-technical end-user who has a problem to solve and in need of practical software skills to solve it.

We custom-design the training program to improve comprehension and retention rates and this produces a proficient user in less time. Studies show that these compounding effects reduce the total cost of learning by as much as 30%. The greatest cost of any training program is the price paid for lack of productivity.
