At Training to YOU, Inc., we understand that you need computer productivity, as soon as possible. That’s why we have one of the lowest cancellation rates due to low enrollment in the industry.
However, if only 1-2 students enroll in a public class, we offer our students the option of attending the class as a tutoring event. That means, students still receive great instruction on as many of the original class topics as possible, a training manual, free post-training support after the event, and the option to retake the class at a later time.
Retake policy:
Sometimes it can be difficult to apply the knowledge—that you acquire in a training event—right away. We offer students the option to take a refresher course, from our public offerings, within 90 days of the original training event. Our helpful registration staff will enroll you on a space available basis. Just bring your training manual, and we will enroll you at no additional cost.
Public classes:
Public Classes are available Monday through Friday at the Training to YOU, Inc. learning center. Classes are four hours in length and begin daily at either 8:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. Each classroom accommodates twelve students, and each student has their own computer.
Private group classes:
Private Group Classes are available seven-days a week, 24-hours a day. Out of town instruction is also available. Classes follow the four-hour format and may be customized to meet our client’s unique needs. To ensure the integrity of the students’ learning experience, we recommend a ratio of one instructor per twelve students. We also offer an unlimited retake policy and free post-training support.
