High-stakes testing is a practice that refers to the use of test scores to validate knowledge, which can help employers make hiring decisions or to create a training and development plan for existing employees.

Beginning, December 3, 2007, Training to YOU, Inc. began providing proctored testing services at its Central Phoenix location. The first launch into high stakes testing focuses on validating skills in the areas of Microsoft server technologies certifications and other technology-based certifications.
