designed to support questions that arise while you are studying
the materials we provide you during our public and private group
classes. A knowledgeable trainer will typically call within one
business day. However, if you have a high priority or
time-sensitive question, please contact your internal support
personnel or call to schedule a trainer or consultant for a
private tutoring or consulting.

Repeated application of rote knowledge is important in order to embed the
skills gained during a training event. Repeated practice also helps adult
learners derive potential solutions to apply to other business problems. To
aid in this process, we provide practice files that you can download after
the class. You can use the activities found in each Practice section of the
training manual that is included with your training.
